Japan-based Kenneth Otabor has been recalled by the Golden Eaglets in time for the forthcoming U-17 World Cup in Brazil.
Energetic and power-shooting attacking midfielder Otabor, who is on a school scholarship in Japan, was dropped literally at the last moment to the U-17 AFCON in Tanzania.
The player of IB Sports Dreams of Abuja featured for the Eaglets at the invitational tournament in Turkey leading up to the U-17 AFCON in Tanzania.
SCORENigeria sighted his invitational letter dated August 29, 2019, asking the principal of Kochi Chuo High School to release Otabor for the Eaglets training camp in Abuja.
The Eaglets are also scheduled to feature in another invitational tournament in Turkey next month preparatory to the World Cup in Brazil.
