Fintiri promises all-inclusive govt in Adamawa

Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri of Adamawa state has said appointments into his government will not be based on party affiliations but on competence, credibility and ability of appointees to contributes to the development of the state.

The Governor stated this Monday in yola, while receiving Sen.Abdulaziz Murtala Nyako who led ADC state and local governments executives as well as other party stakeholders to pay him a courtesy call in Government House.

Fintiri said politics is over now it is time to work for the development of the state therefore ,anybody that have something to contributes to the development of the state and his competent enough will be brought into his government to contributes his quota irrespective of party affiliations adding that Adamawa belongs to all.

He explained that his administration will keep faith with his campaign promises to the people of the state stressing that he has started implementing his policies and programmes especially in the areas of empowerment, skills acquisition , education among others.

Speaking earlier, sen.Abdulaziz Nyako said that they are in government House to reciprocate the governor’s gesture for personally condoling his father and the entire family for the loss of his senior brother and to assured him of their supports and prayers to enable him succeed.
