Nasarawa state governor, Abdullahi Sule, Monday, inaugurated 11-man committee for the promotions and arrears of worker’s salary with directive to submit its report in four weeks.
Governor Sule, while inaugurating the committee in Lafia, urged members to ascertain and confirm whether or not there is salary, arrears of workers in the public service of the state.
He expressed his administration’s commitment to ensure the general welfare of workers in the state.
Sule said as a labour friendly governor, the issue of worker’s salaries and other issues would be resolved amicably.
Responding on behalf of other members of the committee, Honourable Philip Dada assured the governor that they will exceed all expectations.
