An Ilorin-based socio-cultural outfit, Pakata Patriots”, Ilorin, has described the appointment of Comrade Abdulmumini Kareem Onagun as the Special Adviser on Labour Matters to the Kwara state Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq as well -deserved.
The group in a statement issued by its secretary, Mr. Abubakar Imam on Tuesday, also described Onagun as an industrious, humble and exemplary professional who always emphasises patriotism and integrity in all he does.
The association, while noting the contributions of the new special adviser to the struggle for the emancipation of Kwara state, said his appointment would place him in a position to offer quality and constructive advice to the state government towards building harmonious relationship between the government and its workforce.
It commended the governor for making the right choice, and prayed Allah to grant Onagun all it would take him to discharge his responsibilities beyond the expectations of the government and people of the state.
