GSS Malumfashi Old Boys urge Shema to rehabilitate school

Worried by the poor state of facilities at the Government Secondary School (GSS), Malumfashi, Old Boys of the school, particularly set 1980, have called on Governor Ibrahim Shehu Shema of Katsina state to rehabilitate their alma mata.
A communiqué issued at the end of a one-day meeting organised by the set 1980 in Kaduna, recently, said the rehabilitation should include construction of additional classrooms, provision of science and technical equipment, supply of teaching aids and employment of more teachers, amongst others.

The Old Boys said the school was a great one that had graduated a lot of students who had been rendering contributions for the development of the country.
The 1980 set approved the immediate purchase of a new engine for the school bus that had been grounded.
They commended the governor for his programmes aimed at ensuring the speedy development of the entire state.
They also commended the management and staff of the school for their hard work in ensuring that the school maintained its high academic standard.
