Gwagwalada council chair seeks residents’ support

Residents of Gwagwalada area council in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) have been urged to embrace positive change initiative by the administration of the council.

Chairman of the council, Hon. Abu Giri, made the call while speaking with Blueprint in Abuja.
He said building a new Gwagwalada area council required collective efforts and called for the commitment of the residents to enable the council succeed.

The council boss re-affirmed the commitment of his administration to the improvement of the quality of life of the residents, and appealed to them to continue to support his administration to enable him to provide dividends of democracy to the communities.

He said the road rehabilitation and other projects in the council were part of his infrastructure development initiative and promised to do more.
