Gwong chiefdom thumbs up El-Rufa’i on response to auto crash

The Kpop Gwong, Col. Paul Zakka Wyoms (rtd), the traditional title holders and entire people of the chiefdom have appreciated Kaduna state governor, Mallam Nasir Ahmed El-Rufai on his unwavering promptness and love during the recent road tragedy experienced by the father of Gwong chiefdom while on an official engagement.

A statement made available to newsmen in Kafanchan, Sunday by the Jakadan Gwong, Professor Katuka Yaki, said the people of Gwong chiefdom would forever remain grateful to the governor for his caring and fatherly love shown to the chief after the accident.

The statement also noted the love for the people of the chiefdom anytime the need arises, against which backdrop he pledged the unalloyed support of the people of the chiefdom to strengthen the unity of the government of the state and the people.

Katuka stated that the people of Gwong chiefdom are lovers of peace and have been living in peaceful coexistence.

He admonished them to continue to live in peace, mutual respect and understanding, obey the rule of law and all constituted authority to pave the way for rapid development.

While thanking God for the survival of the chief and all persons involved in the accident, the Professor wished them quick recovery and God’s guidance and protection in their future endeavours.
