Hajj 2022: Keystone Bank honours Katsina pilgrims’ boss Kuki on performance

Keystone Bank has honoured Alhaji Suleiman Nuhu Kuki, the executive director, Katsina State Pilgrims Welfare Board (KSPWB) with an award of excellentce for the successful completion of the 2022 hajj exercise.

The award of ‘Certificate of Excellent Performance for 2022 Hajj Exercise’ was presented to the awardee by the Katsina branch manager, Alhaji Saidu Malabu, at a brief ceremony held at the board’s headquarters in Katsina Tuesday evening.

Speaking shortly before presenting the award to the recipient, Alhaji Malabu said the bank management’s decision was as a result of his performance as confirmed by the pilgrims before, during and after the hajj operations.

The manager said the bank management monitored the hajj 2022 exercise from clips of news reportage by media organizations which gave credence to the performance of the Katsina pilgrims board’s activities.

He commended the state governor, Aminu Bello Masari, for the numerous contributions, endurance and cooperation given to ensure the success of the exercise.

The executive director of the board and recipient of the award, Alhaji Suleiman Nuhu Kuki, thanked the bank for identifying with the board for the success recorded during the exercise.

“The award is a unique one in the sense that, this is my first operations and the award is the first of its kind.

“This award is not only for Katsina state pilgrims board, it is by extension an award of excellence to the government under the leadership of Governor Masari, who has been assisting the board morally and financially at every turn of events”, he said.
