Happening now: Gunshots, streets deserted as hoodlums invade Jos, set cars, property on fire

The commercial area of Ahmadu Bello and other streets in Jos, Plateau state capital are on fire, after hoodlums infiltrated protest in the city.

Blueprint reports that all business premises have been deserted with some aggrieved youths also engaging the hoodlums.

Several cars and property have been set ablaze Tuesday morning.

Few police personnel shooting sporadically have moved in to dispersed the mobs.
