In Indonesia, a new law has paved the way for village enterprises to be more involved in providing clean water access, but many are not effectively managed.
To this end, a World Bank Group-supported programme is reported to be helping to transform informal water organisations managed by the community into established enterprises that are giving the communities a new lease of life.
