I wish my successor ‘II borrow me 3 more months – Gov Almakura

Governor Umaru Almakura of Nasarawa state Monday urged the governor- elect Engr.Abdullahi Alhaji Sule to borrow him three more months to accomplish his mission for the state.

Almakura made the request in Lafia the Nasarawa state capital at the official Installation and presentation of staffs of office to 16 upgraded and appointed chiefs and traditional rulers across the state.

He said if the Nasarawa governor- elect could borrow him three more months he would have done better than what he has done so far.

“How I wish Engr, A.A Sule could borrow me three months of his tenure to accomplish my mission of creating more chiefdom and achieving more goals, but even if I am given six months I would not be able to achieve it”.

He therefore, thanked the traditional rulers in the state for their support and cooperation in sustaining peace in the state throughout his tenure from 2011 till date and advised other indigenes to continue to be in peace with one another.
