The current Senator representing Jigawa North East Senatorial zone, Senator Ubale Shittu has vowed to remove Governor Badaru Abubakar from office come 2019 election using all means.
According to Senator Shittu, Governor Badaru has crippled the state economically, politically and socially considering the fact that nothing positive or progressive is going on presently in the state.
“Governor Badaru has killed the state economically, because he is the Governor, the supplier of all sorts of equipment from China as well as the contractor.
Only those closer to him and his immediate family members that conjoy his support”, he stressed.
The Senator who disclosed this over the weekend in his resident at Hadejia emphasized that “honestly I have to fight him to the finish, otherwise he will destroy the state completely if he is allow to continue beyond 2019.
Therefore, the battle line is drawn between me and him.
I can do all I can to remove him”.
On his achievements as a Senator, he said already N60 million has been spent on sponsoring NECO and West African Examination Council (WAEC) students in his constituency.
He further added that apart from education many people including the less privileged in the society all in his senatorial zone were sponsored on medical treatment in various hospitals across the state.
