The two foreign expatriates (names withheld) with a construction company, abducted by gunmen last Friday along Okigwe expressway, Imo state while they were supervising construction work, have regained their freedom.
Blueprint correspondent gathered that their freedom was made possible through the combined efforts of security operatives who immediately went to work as soon as they heard of their abduction.
The freed contractors have now been presented to Governor Hope Uzodimma who commended the efforts of the security agencies in effecting their release.
