In Ebonyi, cleric seeks review of Bible

Bishop Abraham Nwabueze Mgboko, founder of the First Church of Jesus Christ Glorified, weekend advocated for the review of the Holy Bible. He said the review was   to correct what he described as ‘wrong translations’ therein.

He made the call during the launching of his book titled “the Kingdom of Jesus Christ Glorified Unveiled to Mortal Man” held at Zion Bible Institute Iboko, Izzi local government area of Ebonyi state.

Mgboko stated that he had an encounter with God in form of transfiguration for three and half years, who revealed to him that a lot of accounts given in the Holy Bible as well as spellings of some words were wrong.

He further noted that the wrong translations were the reasons behind the confusion being witnessed by children of God in understanding the Holy Bible.

He said the new book has addressed most of the mistakes and I recommend it for Christians all over the world.

He said: “This book is going to bring about transformation in the world, because it came as a result of three years of transfiguration I experienced with Jesus.

“The translation of the bible brought a lot of confusion to the Children of God. But Jesus came to me and transfigured me and in the process, revealed to me the mistakes made by those who translated the Holy bible.”
