In Nasarawa, gov Sule promises to sustain inclusive governance

Governor Abdulllahi Sule of Nasarawa state has said his administration would continue to operate an all inclusive government for the people of Nasarawa irrespective of ethnic, religious or party differences.
Sule stated this in an interview with Journalists on Thursday, in Lafia.

He said the opposition in the state were defecting to the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) daily due to the nature and fairness his administration displayed to all categories of people in the state.

“If something like that is happening when people are living other political parties and come to us, we thank God that we are seeing this, but also in our own part we believed very strongly that our display of action, what we said, our attitude and everything connected to that is inline with that.

“We have been very truthful, we don’t have anything that we are hiding, what we said is what it is. We don’t deceive people, we just say it straight from the heart, and I think that has helped us a lot because if I can remember it is that we keep saying that we are an inclusive government and have shown that yes we are inclusive,” Sule said.

He added that every time there is an opportunity to discuss issues related to the interest of the state, his administration policy goes beyond the party line and invites people from the other political parties and gives them an opportunity to share their views on how to move Nasarawa state forward.

He therefore called on the people of the state to all join hands together to build the Nasarawa state of their dreams.
