In Ondo, deputy gov takes over from Akeredolu

Ondo state governor, Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has commenced a 15-day working vacation.

Akeredolu in a letter transmitted to the state House of Assembly, and addressed to the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Bamidele Oleyelogun, the governor said the leave would commence from Thursday, April 1 to Friday, April 23, 2021.

While Governor Akeredolu is away on vacation, the deputy governor, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, will perform the functions of the office of the governor.

The governor will resume for duties on Monday, April 26, 2021, Richard Olatunde,
Chief Press Secretary to the Governor said in statement.
