The Oyo South Senatorial District Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Hon Olugbade Ojelabi has died.
He died Monday morning 5th of December, 2022.
The speaker of Oyo state House of Assembly, Hon Adebo Ogundoyin, confirmed the demised of Ojelabi.
He expressed sadness over the sudden death of the PDP chieftain, added that late Ojelabi did not show any sign of sickness before his death
While announcing the death via his Facebook page on Monday said, “This is a great loss to us in Eruwa, Ibarapa East State Constituency, Ibarapaland in general and Oyo State PDP family at large.
“I personally lost a kinsman, a father figure, political mentor, a pillar of support and a motivator.
“We were at a stakeholders meeting together on Sunday and Hon Ojelabi did not show any sign of fatigue nor ailment.
“This is so sad. May the Lord repose his soul eternally and grant everyone of us including his wife, children and the entire family the fortitude to bear the great and irreplaceable loss.”
