Insurer to increase presence for policy engagement

AXA Mansard has said it is determined to further strengthen its presence nationwide and offer a location for customer-support, interaction, others in the country, in a moved aimed at engaging communities, especially the Lagos State and environs.

Already, the company has been sensitising members of the community about its presence in Festival Mall, FESTAC, saying that the move would allow the world know that we are present across states of the federation.

The Chief Executive Officer of the company, Kunle Ahmed, who spoke to The Guardian, said the objective is to increase interaction with customers and enhance understanding of their specific needs with a view to developing bespoke solutions.

The welcome centre is open for customers on weekdays between the hours of 9am and 6pm; between 10am and 6pm on Saturday; and 12pm to 6pm on Sunday.

This creates an enabling environment for customers to discuss with the company’s team of highly-qualified staff and have their exact needs met.

“It was really exciting to meet with our new and existing customers, partners, colleagues and friends at the event and to celebrate with them our unwavering commitment to providing continuous innovations and unparalleled service to our customers,” he said.
