Isa Yuguda for APC?

After his return from ‘medical’ check-up in the UK, former governor of Bauchi state, Isa Yuguda, announced his defection from PDP.
At a later date, he announced his membership of a brand new party, Green Party of Nigeria (GPN).
He, along with his followers, established the new party in Bauchi but could not cover the entire state possibly due to paucity of funds and other reasons.
Yuguda used the platform of GPN to test the strength of his dwindling popularity in the Bauchi south senatorial by-election held in August.
He came a distant third position from what was declared as the overall result.
Since then, I was confident that Yuguda was on his way out of the GPN to either PDP or APC.
His calculation, if he had won the senatorial election, was to defect to APC in a bigger way for possible ministerial appointment.
That is my opinion. Having woefully failed, he settled for option B to dump GPN for either PDP or APC to actualise his ministerial or Central Bank of Nigeria governorship position.
It has now been confirmed to me that by next week, Yuguda will defect to APC.
The game has been concluded.
But what of the damning report of the much trumpeted case of financial malfeasance against him? As a new entrant to the ruling party, will Bauchi state pardon him? We are waiting for the next game.
