Jack tasks Bayelsa youths on education

The permanent secretary in the office of the head of service of the federation, Didi Walson Jack, has advised youths of Niger Delta need on the need to embrace education because it is key to building a viable Bayelsa.

Speaking in Yenagoa  as a special guest of honour during a capacity building for the youths, Didi Walson Jack stated that the youths should be educated in order to face the task ahead.

  She advised the Niger Delta youths to imbibe the spirit of hard work adding that it pays.

She said: I would like them to know that no one owes anybody anything and to be successful in life, the value of hard work, diligence pay.

 “It is good to dream big but we must not despise humble beginnings. The point where we are today, we are looking at a Bayelsa that we can be proud of. And it is something that is achievable if we work hard.

 “It can be achieved by the collaborative effort of the government and the citizenry. And so we are talking about the collaborative effort of the government sector and the private sector.

 Also speaking, one of the organizers of the programme Timi Ovuru, said women have to lend their voices into the course of building a viable Bayelsa.
