The Lagos state Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate, Oladide Adediran aka Jandor and his running mate, Funke Akindele, have visited Osinachi Ndukwe, one of the victims that trended at a recent car auction by the Lagos state government over traffic law infringement.
A video shared on Adeniran’s Twitter handle Saturday night, Osinachi Ndukwe, explained his ordeal and how his daughter died while he was in prison and he still ended up forfeiting his vehicle to the government.
Adediran said, “The purpose for which a government is in power is to see to our welfare. That is not to say that if you go on the wrong side of the law, you won’t be penalised.
But what we are saying is that we don’t want a penalty that will take peoples livelihood away from them…We have come to see how we can provide succour to your plight.”
