JANDOR mourns ex-PDP deputy guber candidate’s husband Abdulkareem 





The Lagos state governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Dr. Abdul-Azeez Olajide Adediran (JANDOR) has commiserated with the party’s former deputy governorship candidate in the state, Hajia Safuratu AbdulKareem on the death of her husband, Wing Commander Abdulkadir  Abdulkareem.

Adediran in a statement signed by his media aide, Gbenga Ogunleye, described the  husband of the former deputy governorship candidate  who died on  February 2, 2023 as an excellent statesman  who lived an exemplary life.

“He was the Bobajiroro of Sibiri and Ekunpa Land in Lagos state. Late Wing Commander Abdulkareem was an excellent statesman who exhibited exemplary leadership. His magnanimity and support for gender equality was exemplified by his unflinching support for his amiable wife to fly the flag of the PDP as the deputy governorship candidate in the year 2003 and 2015.

Adediran condoles with the Abdulkareem Family and the entire people of Sibiri and Ekunpa kingdom on the demise of the illustrious leader and prayed that God should grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

“As we mourn the exit of the quintessential gentleman Wing Commander  Abdulkareem, I extend my condolences to you, your entire family, and the good people of Lagos state. I pray that God will comfort you all and grant him eternal rest,” the statement reads.
