The Deputy Governor of Jigawa state, Alhaji Umar Namadi, said anybody that was affected by the flood disaster, would be given seeds of all crop sorts washed away plus free fertilizer free during the dry season farming.
He said the state government had conceived the plan to augment those badly hit by the present floods ravaging the areas across the length and breath of the state.
Namadi stated this Thursday while fielding questions from reporters after inspecting gully erusion at Kawo and other places affected by flood.
He also appealed to both federal government, individuals, corporate organisations as well as philanthropists to assist victims of the flood.
