Jigawa federal lawmaker spends N300m on infrastructure

Educational, health and electricity projects worth over N3oo million, have so far been executed in Babura federal constituency of Jigawa state by the member representing the area, Hon, Muhammad Adamu Faggen Gawu.
Revealing this to newsmen while commissioning some of the projects at Bbaura and Garki local government areas of the state, Faggen Gawogave the projects executed to include construction of three additional blocks of three classrooms each at Government Arabic Secondary School Babura and two blocks at Government Day Secondary School, Kanya Babba, in Babura local government area.
He said solar powered water stations were drilled at Kurgun, KanyaBabba, Garin Dorawa, Garin Batali, Kurgun, Kuzunzumi, in Saharuwa, Jigawaar Danali, Mudurun, Gadi, Garin and Ganawa with additional boreholes in the village.
The lawmaker also disclosed that, additional three blocks of threeclassrooms were constructed at Government Girls Arabic Secondary School, Garki, explaining that solar powered water stations were provided at Unbono, Dokar Dukawa and Jaya.
Hon Adamu stated further that solar street light was erected at Garki general Hospital Sabuwar Unguwa , Doko, Tgwaye Faggen Gawo, Sugungun Sabon Garin Siyori and Kargo, all in the effort to ensure people of those villages and towns have enjoy such social facilities as well to boost their economic activities.
He noted that such facilities were provided at the cost of over N300 million, pointing out that he will not relent in his effort to provide social infrastructures to his constituency as a way to justify good representation at the National Assembly
