Jonathan’s aide bags chieftaincy title

The Senior Special assistant to the President on Youth and Student Matters, Comrade Jude Imagwe, has been conferred the title of Ochi-Agha (warlord) of Ogbaland by the traditional ruler, Oba (Eze Ogbaland), His Eminence, Dr. Chukumela Nnam Obi.
Conferring the title, the Oba urged Imagwe not to be covetous like other politicians, adding that “Nigeria needs sincere youths in positions of authority.”
“This is the reward of your humility and sincere service to the Nigeria youths, those who work for themselves alone don’t live to see their afternoon,” he said.
Responding, the vividly surprised Imagwe said he had only come to thanks the king for his support for President Goodluck Jonathan and that he never expected the title.
He said: “I am taken by surprise for the first time, today will go down in the history of my life and I accept this with the best of my heart and I don’t know how to thank you today.
“They are fighting Jonathan because his father was not one of those that looted the treasury of Nigeria and I want you to rise up to use your position to prevail on those planning evil against the president.”
Also, the local government coordinator of Continuity Ambassadors of Nigeria, Onelga chapter, Chief M. Osaji, urged the president to “come to the area to see the level of underdevelopment.”
“There is no job for our youths and young school leavers, our available lands where people would have retired to agricultural venture have been devastated by companies, our air space, land, rivers and brooks have been totally polluted, we are quarantined in poverty.”
