Kada youth farmers deny involvement in grants through bank deposits

Kada Youth Farmers Association (KYFA) has warned its members against embracing false reports, attributing the association to facilitating a grant by depositing money in Core Bank, as well as other schemes it described as fraudulent.

The association debunked the reports in a statement signed by its secretary, Abubakar Danyaro, made available to newsmen on Thursday December 10, 2020

“The fraudulent claims include the following: That KYFA is facilitating a Grant for some NGOs and that account should be opened with Core Bank by filling a form and deposit some money.

“That KYFA has collaborated with TELPECON, Visioned Skills Development Centre (VSDC) and Northern Agricultural Forum of Nigeria (NAFON) to facilitate Social Exchange Market Grant ( or any Grant),” it said.

KAFA said that it is notifying the general public and its esteemed members about the programme being circulated around to defraud the public.

“The Public should note that is FALSE and as such, the programme should be disregarded.

“Please note that the Association has distance itself from such fraudulent Programme,” it added.
