Kaduna-based school proprietor tasks NAPPS on education devt



Kaduna-based private school proprietor, Mr. Busayo Akintunde, has urged delegates to the National Association of Proprietors of Private Schools (NAPPS) National Conference Imo 2019 to brainstorm and chart ways forward for education development in Nigeria. 


Akintunde, who is the Director of Destiny College, Malali, Kaduna, called on the delegates to use the opportunity to generate new ideas would be a big boost and ensure it’s progress. 


Akintunde, who is also the Secretary, NAPPS Kaduna Main Division, said private schools have become a force to reckon with in the country, therefore delegates are duty bound to ensure that they come up with a white paper that will ensure this feat is sustained.


He advised that deliberations and presented papers at the conference should focus on modern teaching methods to improve the standard of education, saying Nigeria cannot to be left behind in the current digital world. 


The Secretary, NAPPS Kaduna Main Division stressed that education is the bedrock of development in any society, hence, the need for government and individuals to concentrate energy, ideas and resources on the sector. 
He advised well meaning Nigerians to invest in the sector because doing that means building a future for the teeming youth in the country.
