Kaduna state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has called on registered intending pilgrims in the state to hasten payment of their balance of Hajj fares.
Overseer of the Board, Imam Hussaini Sulaiman Tsoho, made the call in an interview with journalists in Kaduna.

He said pilgrims had up to a week to make the payment or forfeit their chances to make the trip as NAHCON had also fixed deadline for remittance of the fare.
He said payment would enable the process of acquiring visa to commence and the need to pay the balance of the fare to the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) on schedule.
National Hajj Commission of Nigeria last week approved a flat rate of N1, 535,505 as the fare for Kaduna state’s intending pilgrims for this year’s Hajj.
