Kaduna secures visas for 5,000 pilgrims

Kaduna state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has secured entry visas to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for over 5,000 of its intending pilgrims for the 2017 Hajj exercise, the Overseer, Malam Imam Hussani Tsoho, has said. He said in Kaduna yesterday that 6,247 intending pilgrims have fully paid their N1, 635,505 Hajj fare, adding that those that were yet to complete their payments had till next Friday to do that, while registration for intending pilgrims was still ongoing. Th e Overseer said three airlines, Max Air, Azman Airline and Medview Airline had been selected to airlift intending pilgrims from Kaduna state to the Holy Land, adding that the airlift would begin on August 1, 2017. He said: “6,247 intending pilgrims have paid their Hajj fare of N1, 635,505 fully.

Th e Kaduna state Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has secured visas for over 5,000 pilgrims, the balance will be processed this week. “For those who have made deposits with the Kaduna State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board unable to balance, they have up to next Friday to pay up. New registration is still on. “Airlifting of Kaduna state intending pilgrims to Saudi Arabia will commence on August 1, 2017. Th ree airlines, Max Air, Azman Airline and Medview Airline have been selected to airlift Kaduna state intending pilgrims to the holy land “We secured accommodation for Kaduna state intending pilgrims not far from Grand Mosque in Makkah. We took fi ve months educating and enlightening our intending pilgrims.”
