Kannywood star Zango to perform in Paris

Popular Kannywood singer and actor, Adam Zango, has been invited by the Hausa community in Paris, to attend the turbaning ceremony of some of its members residing in France and other parts of Europe.
According to the invitation seen by Premium Times, Zango is expected to sing at the occasion scheduled for June 23.
“I am pleased to inform you my fans that, I have been honored to perform among many dignitaries in Paris at the turbaning ceremony of some important personalities, the Hausa community in Paris is hosting.
“People from countries like Cameroon, Chad, CAR, Ghana, and communities in Europe will be honored and I am privileged to be invited to perform at the occasion,” he said.
Meanwhile, fans of the singer have taken to his Instagram page to congratulate him for the invite and wish him a successful outing.
Zango has distinguished himself in with his Hausa songs as one of the best in the industry.
He is popularly called Arewa Davido, in reference to the popular Nigerian singer, Davido.
Zango is also a successful actor and producer; some of his popular movies include Basaja and Gwaska.
Zango and star Kannywood actress, Rahama Sadau, had a public altercation in 2016.
Sadau later said in an interview with Premium Times that both of them have since become best of friends
