Kano police arraign lawyer, 3 others over N45m ‘fraud’

Kano state Command of the Nigeria Police Force has arraigned a Kano-based lawyer, Barrister Hassan Tanko Kyaure, and three others for allegedly conspiring to sell a house worth N4 million belonging to his client.

Arraigning them before a senior magistrate, Hassan Ahmad, the police prosecutor Sgt Haziel Lidafuwa, informed the court that Hassan Kyaure was on November 8, 2013, alleged to have criminally conspired with Suleiman Musa, Hajiya Maryam Sagir and Sabo Idris and forged seal a deal of assignment consent to assigned right of occupancy.
