Suspected kidnappers on Monday evening abducted a provision trader alongside her three months old baby on her return from Temidire market in Eruwa town in Oyo state
It was reliably gathered that the woman identified as Folake was reportedly abducted by the kidnappers at around 6:00pm on Monday in the city.
Sources said the abducted woman, notable for selling goods on market days across various markets in the neighbourhood had just resumed business operation few weeks ago after her childbirth only to be kidnapped by the abductors said to be in a bus been driven by a woman.
Eye witness account said the abductors later ordered the woman down from the bus with her three months old baby and escaped into the nearby bush to avoid being traced by other passengers in the vehicle.
As at the time of sending this story. there was no trace of identifying the abductors, as some of the passengers in the bus with the victims claimed they could not ascertain the identity of the abductors.
