Kogi Central SDP, PDP youth leaders defect to APC

Some youth leaders and representatives of Social Democratic Party (SDP) and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kogi Central senatorial district, have defected to the All Progressives Congress (APC) towards the November 16 governorship election in the state.

The youth leaders on behalf of several other members of their former party officially decamped to APC Wednesday in Lokoja and pledged their allegiance and loyalty for the re-election of Governor Yahaya Bello.

Ohere, who doubles as the leader of Kogi Central appointees in the present administration, urged the decampees to feel at home, while expressing confidence the governor would be reelected come November 16.
