Kogi Gov’s Media Aide reportedly quits

Barely a month that the senior special assistant to Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi state on new media, Joel Odaudu, resigned his appointment, his chief press secretary, Petra Akinti Onyegbule, tendered her resignation early hours of Monday, January 7.

The Independent reports that the reason for her resignation is still sketchy as at the time of filling the report.

Onyegbule’s resignation might not be unconnected with her alleged closeness to Frank Shaibu, the senior special assistant on public communication to the presidential candidate of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
