Kuje council tasks staff on record keeping

Area Council, FCT, Abuja has called on members of staff to imbibe the culture of record keeping to ensure transparency and efficient service delivery.
Head of Personnel Management of the council, Mr.
Mohammed Alkali, made the call in Kuje at a two-day workshop on record management.
He said the workshop was organised by the council for members of staff from grade levels 03 to 06 to remind the participants on the need for record keeping.
Alkali said the idea was to promote record keeping and ensure effective service delivery among the participating category of staff of the council.
He, therefore, urged the participants to be attentive to the resource persons at the workshop and ensure that lessons learnt were put to practice.
The Divisional Head, Store and Procurement, Mr Al-Abdulkarim Sule, in his paper at the workshop said record keeping was important for effective and efficient decision making
