A group of APC concerned members in Kano have described the political antecedents of the immediate past governor of Kano state, Dr. Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, as anathema to the cohesion of the party and a time bomb waiting to explode.
In a press statement in Kano, the group wondered why the former governor should be making utterances capable of disuniting the party that its members toiled blood and sweat to vote  into power adding that the Senator had been consistent in portraying himself as one  doing the bidding of himself.

According to the group, no responsible member of the party would love to scuttle the popularity it was having since it came to power in May, 29, 2015 stressing that the antics of the former governor pointed to that effect.
The group also said that the Kwankwasiyya dynasty was a serious political time bomb for the APC waiting to explode and that it was a huge task on the part of loyal members of the party to strive to nip the explosion in the bud.

The group however stated that the slogan crafted by the Senator which he  he fondly referred to Mu Hadu a Minjibir was a gimmick designed to scare APC peace-loving supporters to  keep away from the scene of the party’s bye-election on Saturday warning that the slogan was the ranting of a pugilist.
The group, however, stressed that the APC was a party willing to put its house in order and effectively maintained its unity and cohesion and that nothing would stop its loyal members from fighting members who were up in arms against its interest.
It, therefore, called on Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje not to be distracted from his good cause at the time Kano people were proud of having a vibrant and resolute leader in his person pointing out that the issue of using aggression to settle scores was uncivilised in an ideal democratic setting.
