Batako Umar Lapai has been appointed as a Director General by the Federation of Youth Soccer Clubs (FEYSOC).
The Federation said Lapai was appointed following his contribution to the development of football not only in Niger state but Nigeria in general.
In a letter signed by the National Executive Secretary, A. S Luya which reads; “I am directed to write and inform that following your contributions, support, interest, commitment, dedication, and your love sport development particularly football in Nigeria.
