Leaders should build on Balarabe Musa legacies – Tambuwal


Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal of Sokoto state has urged Nigerian leaders to build on the legacies left by former governor of old Kaduna state, Alhaji Abdulkadir Balarabe Musa, and not allow it to go to waste. 


Speaking on Saturday when he paid a condolence visit on the late Peoples Redemption Party (PRP) BoT chairman, Governor Tambuwal said his death was a great loss to Nigeria, adding that the late icon would be difficult to replace. 
Aminu Tambuwal who came with top government officials of Sokoto state, said he was at the residence of the former governor to condole with his immediate family over his irreparable loss. 


According to Tambuwal, “The death of Alhaji Balarabe Musa, former governor of Kaduna state, is a great loss to the North and to Nigeria that will be very difficult to replace. 


“There is a lot of lessons to be learnt from the kind of life lived by late Alhaji Abdulkadir Balarabe Musa. His political style and the leadership of who stood to put smile on faces of the common man. A man who is always fighting for the masses.
“Our leaders need to sustain the late Alhaji Abdulkadir Balarabe Musa’s legacies and build on where he stopped for the development and progress of the country.”
