LG poll: APC ‘ll defeat Atiku at Jada -Aspirant

A chairmanship aspirant under the platform of the opposition All progressives congress(APC) in Jada local government area of Adamawa state, the home town of former vice president Atiku Abubakar Alh. Bello Jada popularly called calculate has boasted that his party will defeat Atiku in the forthcoming local government election in Jada. 


Bello who was a former political associate of Atiku stated this in an interview with journalists in yola yesterday while receiving APC nomination and declaration of interest forms bought for him by a group known as farin Wata development association Jada urging him to contest the election. 


He explained that the overwhelming supports he enjoyed from the people of the area across ethnic, religious and political affiliations who continued to encouraged him and identify with his aspiration is a pointer to this fact. 


He further explained that, apart from these overwhelming supports of the people his track records, antecedents and contributions to the development of the area which have impacted positively on the lives of the people will also speak for him in the election. 


According to him, he will give priority to infrastructural development, improved education, health, agriculture, economy  among other vital sectors that will move the local government forward. 


Calculate further thank them for the gesture and accept their glarion calls among that of other stakeholders in the local government with a promised that he will not disappoint their expectations if elected. 


He also called on the people of Jada local government who always decide their fate to rally round his candidacy in the overall interest  of the local government. 


On his part the chairman of farin wata association Jada who purchased the forms for him Abubakar Aliyu pati attributed their decision to drag him into the race to him competence and records of services to his people. 


Even as they promised to cross crossed all the nook and cranny of the local government to mobilised supports and votes for him stressing that they will do everything possible within their capacity to deliver him at the polls.
