Money laundering: Doyin Okupe speaks up

A former presidential aide, Dr. Doyin Okupe, has spoken hours after a court convicted him of money laundering charges.
 
The Ogun-born politician in a tweet on Monday night declared that his enemies keep failing.
 
Court had convicted Okupe on Monday, over money laundering with an option of a fine amounting to N13 million before 4:30pm on Monday. He subsequently paid the fine before the deadline.
 
He wrote, “God is not man. The enemies have tried in so many ways but keep failing…Victory is of God.”
