MultiChoice opens new service centre in Ibadan

As part of MultiChoice Nigeria’s commitment to consistently improving customer satisfaction, the company has boosted service delivery to its customers in Ibadan and environs, with the opening of a new MultiChoice service center in Ibadan.

This state-of-the-art office located on Kudeti Avenue, Onireke Road, Ibadan North West, will serve as a customer touchpoint for new and existing subscribers to experience DStv and GOtv products and services. Ibadan residents will also be able to get first-hand information on the available content across various packages, resolve queries, renew subscriptions, and purchase decoders amongst other services.

Speaking at the commissioning, the Chief Executive Officer, MultiChoice Nigeria, John Ugbe, said, “It gives us so much joy to be here in Ibadan, we are proud to commission this improved service center for our customers’ use in Ibadan.

“It is a place where we make our customers feel welcome and properly served, and we’re positive that they’ll always leave here with a WOW experience, which has become synonymous with the MultiChoice brand,” he added.

Over the past 26 years, MultiChoice Nigeria has rolled out a number of initiatives to make interaction with the brand more relatable. Some of these initiatives include; the Sabimen Initiative which trains participants on the rudiments of service activation, response to customer enquiries and resolution of GOtv service issues, the MultiChoice Talent Factory which is a film academy as well a business and entrepreneurial school and the Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards amongst others, which was created to celebrate the contribution of African filmmakers, actors and technicians to the success of the continent’s film and television industry.

MultiChoice currently has offices in 11 cities across Nigeria, which includes ‘moms and pops’ and ‘dealer outlets’. Shops across the country catering to existing and new customers and this newly commissioned facility in Ibadan will further improve the quality of service to everyone.
