NAF destroys oil barges in Niger Delta

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) has stated that it had destroyed some oil barges, containing stolen oil products, at Adokiakiri community in the Niger Delta.
Its spokesperson, Air Commodore Olatokunbo Adesanya, who disclosed this yesterday, said illegal oil barges and storage facilities were spotted by the NAF EC-135 Helicopter during an armed reconnaissance mission on November 5, 2017, which were subsequently destroyed.
According to him, the Nigerian Air Force remains resolute in making oil theft and illegal bunkering unprofitable.
