NAHCO boss urges staff to remain focused

Managing director and chief executive of the Nigerian Aviation Handling Company (NAHCO Aviance) Mr. Kayode Oluwasegun-Ojo, has charged staff of the organisation to remain focused.
Speaking at a retreat organised for the employees, Oluwasegun-Ojo described the company as a “premium brand” requiring collaborative efforts to make it even better.
He stated that as the foremost ground handling company “we must deliver services beyond the expectations of our clients and when the customer comes first, the customer will last.”
Nevertheless, he said he was delighted at the company’s achievementsin 2013.
At another forum attended by stakeholders composed of airline executives, cargo agents, aviation journalists, customs officers, service providers, senior management staff and board members of the company, the managing director said NAHCO Aviance would always strive to give its best to its customers and urged the staff and clientele to “have faith in the company.”
Chairman of the board of directors, Mallam Sulaiman Yahyah, appreciated the company’s stakeholders for staying with it and promised that the organisation would also try to surpass their expectations.
He said that the restructuring embarked upon by the company had yielded results,adding that the ground handling firm would soon roll out the six-year plan covering 2014- 2020 to help in transforming it to a first class organisation.
