Chairman National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Alhaji Zikrullah Kunle Hassan has called for sustained cooperation of the new Saudi Arabia ambassador to Nigeria.
The chairman made this call at a special dinner organised by NAHCON in honour of the new Saudi Arabian Ambassador to Nigeria, H.E. Ambassador Faisal Bin Ibrahim Al-Ghamidy at Hajj House Abuja, Wednesday.
He congratulated the ambassador while assuring him of the Commission’s cooperation.
The Saudi Arabian ambassador remarked that he was admonished by the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs to build very strong cordial relationship in areas of Economy and Hajj amongst others with Nigeria.
The Nigerian Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, H. E. Ambassador Yahaya Lawal said bilateral relationship between the two countries will remain beneficial in all areas.
Representative of Hon. Abubakar Nalaraba, Chairman House Committee on Pilgrims’ Affairs, Hon. Kabiru Sani Idris said the House was willing to work harmoniously with the Saudi authority assigned to Nigeria.
