Osun state branch of the Nigeria Bar Association and the Judiciary Staff Union of Nigeria Thursday blocked the convoy of the state deputy Governor, Benedict Alabi.
The action of the two union was part of protest demanding full implementation of their arms.
The two union had in the morning moved round the state capital, Osogbo, and decided to march to the state government office.
The Deputy Governor eventually ran into their midst and they refused to let the convoy go.
Despite efforts of the security attached to the Deputy Governor’s convoy, the angry protesters remain adamant.
However, with the efforts of the security men, the convoy eventually managed to escape.
