The chairman of Ebira Peoples Association (EPA), Kaduna chapter, Malam Idris Otohinoyi Usman, has assured members of the association that a new Odeyani of Anebira would emerge in the first quarter of next year.
He told this reporter that the 18-man committee headed by the vice- chairman of the association, Malam Abdul Jatto, was asked to come up with a mode of selecting a new Odeyani of Anebira in Kaduna, adding that it had submitted its report to the executive during the general meeting held on November 1, 2020.
He said the sale of nomination forms which had since commenced would last till November ending, adding that the form would cost N100, 000 each.
Speaking, Malam Jatto appreciated members of the executive and the congress for giving him and his team the opportunity to serve the association.
Also speaking, Odovidi Gabasawa Malam Suleman Adeku offered prayers for the association, the committee and the incoming Odeyani of Anebira.
The Odeyani of Anebira, Alhaji Isah Sadiq Obari, died of anaemia on June 12, 2020.
