…sets election date for December
Nigeria Football Supporters Club, held its National Executive Council meeting, Wednesday in Lagos.
The NEC, which drew attendance from members of the National Executive, States Chapter Chairmen, Secretaries, Elders and members of the Board of Trustees, amongst several other issues, deliberated on innovative measures aimed at taking the club to greater heights.
Importantly, the NEC, went ahead to set December, 2020, and a date to be fixed for the new elections. And it subsequently appointed a 9-man Electoral Committee to oversee the election of new national officers for the club.
The Electoral Committee has Elder Bankole Ademola as Chairman. Other members include Oladeinde Tokunbo, Amaka Okediadi, Ahmed Sanusi, Elder Frank Amadi, Babatunde Oduwole, Elder Kayode Alabi, Adebimpe Olaniyan and Muyiwa Iwasokun.
