NFSC inducts 11 new members

Nigeria Football Supporters Club (NFSC) has its inducted 11 new members into the club .

The induction ceremony of the new members which took place during the club’s end-of-the-year party held at the Old  Skool Restaurant, National Stadium, Surulere, Lagos was conducted by the National Chairman, Ambassador  Sam Ikpea and witnessed by other members of the club.

Some of the newly inducted members include, Dr. Dennis Nnadozie, Engr. Ifebi James, Olanrewaju Joseph,  Ajala Emmanuel, Akindele Lanre and Famous Eromosele amongst others.

Speaking to the inductees, Rev Ikpea admonished them to be committed to the cause of the club and always be good ambassadors of the country and the club.

There was also award to some deserving members. The Best State chapter award went to Sokoto, the Best Executive support member was won by Kabiru Yusuf with the best member of the year award going to Olayiwola Fashola, while the National Chairman, Rev. Ikpea won the Best Innovative Executive of the year award.

Accepting the award. Ikpea thanked all the members and the organising committee for the end of year for finding him worthy for such an award even as he dedicated it to the entire members.

Commenting on end of the year party, Rev. Ikpea acknowledged the members for keeping the spirit of friendship intact just as he charged them to always avoid such acts that will tarnish the image of the club which has been in existence for more than six decades.

”I’m happy that we are witnessing another successful year in the activities of the club and this is the right time to thank God for seeing us through our activities and we are hopeful that next year will be more eventful.

“it’s equally important I commend members of the club and my Executives for their comportment, discipline and support throughout the year and hope to get more support from them as we move into year 2023,” he stressed.
