Nigerian in diaspora donates edifice to Obi, presidential campaign council in Anambra

A Nigerian, resident in Spain, Chief Onukwube Ndibe, Saturday, gifted a storey building to the Labour Party (LP) Presidential campaign council, vowing to do more for emergence of the candidate, Mr Peter Obi, as the next President.

The edifice already decorated with the LP colour, Nigerian flags, and images of Obi and his running-mate, Yusuf Daitti, is located at Road 1, Udoka Housing Estate, Awka, Anambra State.

The benefactor, represented by his younger brother, Comrade Maduka Ndibe, said he would do more for Obi, which he described as a divine mandate to salvage Nigerians from poverty and under-development.

He, therefore, urged Nigerians to shun moneybags and elect credible leaders from Obi as President to the National and States House of Assembly during the 2023 general elections so as to redeem the country holistically.

The State Chairman of LP, Chief Ugochukwu Emeh, who received the key to the building on behalf of Obi/Daitti team, assured that the party would record 95% victory in Anambra for presidential seat, while winning all the National and State Assembly seats.

Earlier, the Labour Party National Organising Secretary, Chief Clement Ojukwu, used the opportunity to inaugurate the State Campaign Council of LP headed by Chief Joe-Martins Uzodike, and charged them to work with the National body to deliver their candidates.
