An expert in Information Communication Technology (ICT), Engineer Azunna Chukwu, has said owners of small and large businesses in the country can now advertise with ease, using an app (PlugBay) which works without smart phones and data.
Speaking at a press conference on Thursday, Engineer Chukwu said he was inspired to develop the app by the need for accessible and unbiased access to skilled persons, advertising and funding.
Engineer Chukwu noted that he recognised the absence of accurate data on employment in the informal sector and the challenges faced by talented individuals and small businesses and envisioned PlugBay as a solution to improve access to skills, advertising and funding opportunities worldwide.
